This works well for easy multiple cold and flu symptoms during the day without making you feel overly drowsy. This product provided more symptom relief for me than other over the counter products I have tried. I got far more relief from nasal congestion with this, than just about anything else. It's fast acting too. I started noticing a reduction in congestion within 15 minutes. That's crazy fast for a pill! It doesn't seem to be wearing off either. I'm about 3.5 hours in so far and haven't noticed a reduction in relief. It got me back to being able to function, fast, and that's well worth it.

Sinus pressure, post nasal drainage, sneezing, and running nose. Soon after taking the 1st dose my nose stopped running less post nasal drip which improved my throat irritation.

The caplets are easy to swallow. No side effects. Doesnt help much with cough except for eliminating post nasal drip. I would use again and get the day & night pack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good product to take in the daytime as it does not make you sleepy. It did make me feel a bit jittery but that is normally how I feel when I take products containing pseudoephedrine. However, there is nothing else that comes close to relieving sinus headaches and pressure. It is worth it to take the extra steps to the pharmacy to purchase it there rather than buying the stuff OTC that doesn't work well for sinus issues. It gives you relief that lasts a long time and it also relieves headaches very quickly. It has the added benefit of cough suppressant if you need that as well.

I had no more sore throat and the body aches that I had were not there anymore the size of the pill perfect and I was able to do all the activities as a mom with my kids without feeling bad .
