I always keep a bottle of these in my bag. I took some of these, drank a big glass of water and I'm trying to relax a bit and I was a lot better and I could actually enjoy my day. This is great for those aches and pains. Taking 2 of these up to 3 times daily if needed helps with muscle pain, joint pains and fevers. Our office often recommends this for short term relief and I have personally used it. It's effective and easy on the stomach.
