for someone who has arthritic pain and find it hard to fall asleep some nights, I was very surprised how easy it worked in order to fall asleep and the next morning no after feelings. Very happy I found this product. Would recommend HIGHLY.

This doesn't really help me with sleep but it does help with night time aches and pains. I wish it would knock me out to sleep but sadly it doesn't. I will continue to use it for pain from time to time.

I took this after having surgery on my arm. I was hoping it would help me sleep better. I feel like it had the opposite effect for me. I felt like I was wide awake. Maybe I'm one of the people who doesn't get sleepy from diphenhydramine.
