Tylenol PM Extra Strength Pain Reliever & Sleep Aid Caplets, 225 ct

I'm often dealing with insomnia and I find Tylenol PM is an easy and effective way to take care of tbe problems and get a nights rest. i wake up easilily and have no side effect it for anyone recommend it to anyone who has been having difficulty sleeping and Walmart pricing is also a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took the Tylenol PM extra capsules the other night when I was experiencing some joint achiness and sore muscles after a workout. they were easy to swallow because they're coated. there was no aftertaste or anything like that. I noticed that I had no trouble falling asleep. my aches and pains were diminished and finally were gone by the time I fell asleep. I slipped the whole night through which typically I do not and was so thankful to be able to. I woke up feeling refreshed and not groggy feeling. I would highly recommend these if you're having trouble sleeping especially due to sore muscles or achy joints, this is the perfect product

The pain was worse when I would lay down and try to sleep. I finally decided to give Tylenol PM a try and I’m so grateful that I did because I was finally able to sleep! It helped with the pain and made me sleepy enough to be able to sleep through it. No grogginess the next morning and no side effects. Will definitely be my go to when I have pain at bedtime.

Will let you know if anything changes . I can't take hard pills so for pain Tylenol is my go to. Never used this but since I got it definitely tried and will be getting some more.
