Tylenol PM Extra Strength Pain Reliever & Sleep Aid Caplets, 225 ct

I'm often dealing with insomnia and I find Tylenol PM is an easy and effective way to take care of tbe problems and get a nights rest. i wake up easilily and have no side effect it for anyone recommend it to anyone who has been having difficulty sleeping and Walmart pricing is also a plus.

This product works amazingly. I personally use it every night. It relieves my aches and pains. It helps me to fall asleep. I highly recommend this product.

For that once a month need of pain relief and sleep aid, THIS is my Choice. It works with no lingering effects the next day. It provides the comfort and relaxation I was looking for. Again, please take as directed. I personally would not recommend for everyday use. But for Occasional restlessness accompanied with pain this would be a GREAT choice.

This doesn’t really help me with sleep but it does help with night time aches and pains. I wish it would knock me out to sleep but sadly it doesn’t. I will continue to use it for pain from time to time.

I took this after having surgery on my arm. I was hoping it would help me sleep better. I feel like it had the opposite effect for me. I felt like I was wide awake. Maybe I'm one of the people who doesn't get sleepy from diphenhydramine.
