After using these I felt a lot better. It didn't cure it but it made it less painful. Super easy to apply, they're not huge like other patches & they do a good job.

no pain relief at all not worth the money

maybe it's just my particular back problems, but I had absolutely NO relief. They adhere very well and are easy to use, but extremely small and did nothing for me. waste of money for me.
