I prefer to use Tylenol strength it gets the job done work within half an hour . I totally recommend them the capsules are very small and easy to take . I would of loved to known about them sooner it would of avoided the struggle of talking them other brands that have them bigger sized .

I buy Tylenol regular strength tablets for like fevers aches ect. I've been using them for headache also. I keep them beside my bed in case I wake up with some kinda pain. I only use Tylenol regular for the minor things . If I need something stronger I go to ibuprofen and rotate them.

This is a great products it really work I believe I took 2 pills everytime that I have PMS and that leaves it take 4 hours without a pain when I come from work and my back is killing me 2 pills and they do the work [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I find that these regular Tylenol Pills work well. I typically take 2 of these 325Mg pills to relieve pain. Though many people typically exaggerate their pain, and so take the Extra Strength medication, I prefer to add more pills, but only if and when the pain requires it. Usually that is not the case.

I am a consistent purchaser of Tylenol. This item is a must to have in the medicine cabinet. I alternate Tylenol Regular strength with Advil regular strength for headaches. It makes sense to alternate pain relievers so the body doesn't become desensitized to 1 product. Another reason to alternate is one of the products is filtered through the liver and the other through the kidneys...so you aren't overworking certain organs more than necessary etc. Also I only take the minimum recommended dose of 1 tablet/cap etc. if it doesn't work, I then can always add another, but no need to again, desensitize your body's tolerance by starting out with more than may be needed at the outset...

I found the regular strength Tylenol Gel capsule to work fast, and well. I did think they were a little too big for me and although I could swallow one at a time, they felt hard and I felt like I was going to choke. Then I reread the label. Why is 25mg Potassium added to the Gel tab? The range for normal potassium is narrow and it's easy to get the required daily amount. An increase in potassium can affect your heart The addition of 25 mg Potassium needs to be front and center on the package. I am throwing this Tylenol version out.

Works okay, but please sell an easyopen 325mg product where I don't have to work at trying to get that snap cap off, yes I am aligning the arrows, the cap is still hard to get off. I only take 325mg tablets. So suggesting any other strength with an easier open bottle won't work.
