what i need for my tmj

We've been trying different chin straps for my brother in law, this one seems to work better than others, he still snores but not as loud as it was before, the problem is that he moves too much and some times the chin strap comes off but other than that it's excellent, the material is great and the price is very affordable.

It obviously doesn't hold your lips closed, so, unlike mouth tape (yes, there is such a thing), you can still breath through your mouth if you have to due to illness or medical problems. Pretty easy to figure out how to put it on and it stays put through the night.

This was comfortable to sleep in but don't know how well it worked no one sleeps in my house but me and the dog

I have tried others and once I figured this one out, it works great for me.

item as described, the only thing i do not like is it totally leaves lines from where ever it goes on your head 🤣 of course it does, i just dont like it. started taping my mouth shut, leaves no marks and works excellent

I'm going to be honest about this review this item is useless it will not help with the snoring it will not hold your mouth closed it will not stay on your head the material is too light for that to help with keeping your mouth closed ..I don't have anything good to say about it it's useless

The chin strap is flimsy, does not hold its shape. Markings on the strap might have helped to show what connects to what. After struggling to correctly use this chin strap, I gave up in frustration. I do NOT recommend this product to any CPAP user. I would gladly return it for a refund if that's possible.
