Great product I am putting it in all my cars and kids cars. We also used the fuse holder harness adaptor. So it would record when the vehicle is off.

From the time I have used it there has been no problems and easy to use. There is also AI features that are really cool too. 4k quality so cannot go wrong with that looks nice and clear on video.

I had some problems with the Ai feature, but I was able to resolve that. One thing I am a little concerned with is that it doesn't seem to warn you about certain issues well enough in advance. However, it pays to drive safely with or without the dash cam and not rely entirely upon it. I do like having the extra backup, and find it very helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dash camera came packed incredibly well. The packaging was nice quality and each part had a specific place for it. Setting up the cameras wasn't difficult. Mostly plug and play and then getting cords concealed. The picture quality of this camera during the day is great. The only improvement I could see there would be some sort of plate recognition. The quality at night isn't great but that may be user error. The biggest downfall in my opinion of this camera is that the app to use it doesn't match the quality of the device itself. Getting it set up was confusing. The instructions didn't offer anything other than basically “download the app and use it.” Which would be great if that's all it took to be successful. The instructions in general don't seem to offer any information as to what capabilities the camera actually has. I would have loved to read more about all the features. I know from use that it has a lane indicator to let you know if you're out of your driving lane. It's not bad until it starts going off because you're merging or interstate driving. Then it becomes a bit annoying. Both front and back cameras will indicate if another vehicle is too close -tailgating or parking. The first driver after hooking the camera up I had a dump truck throw rocks all over my windshield. Downloading the clip was really easy. I just wish I had a better understanding of how it stores recordings. The recording showed the date time and my speed which could be very helpful or hurtful depending on the situation. I'm unsure if this can be changed or not. Maybe I misplaced a piece of paper? I only gave it three stars for the lack of information. The camera itself is great quality and hasn't seem to give me any issues yet. I would recommend to anyone looking!

I'm not sure if maybe I can adjust the settings differently, but I still don't think I'd trust it. The app is also not great. But as a dash cam, it does its job.

After paying three hundred dollars to have it installed my battery kept during. I did notice that the camera is one en after the ignition is turned off. I went on line to get info and cannot find a reason for that or an explanation as to how to use it easily.
