To my “I don’t know how to cook” girlies out there: this hen is the PERFECT size to roast in the oven. Seriously, it’s that easy. Roast for a few hours and you’ve got a wonderful side dish for your dinner. It stays juicy, has no unnecessary ingredients, simple packaging, and a crispy texture when roasted. You can’t go wrong!

The tenderness of the hen is just right an it takes spices very well. It also stays really juicy and it's enough for one person. I really like how it looks out of an air fryer.

We love this Cornish hen! It's perfect for my daughter and I, as you can see we devoured it. Easy to defrost and pop in the oven for a warm and hearty meal. We've even done boudin stuffed ones too! Highly recommend!

I never received 2 Cornish hens in my order!! This keeps happening so I may be done with ordering and go back to just getting things myself
