My kids will only eat this brand of Nuggets and nuggets are a “must” in my household. I can make a 5 course meal and nope they want these particular nuggets.
I usually don’t buy frozen foods. I bought some because my grandkids were coming to spend the weekend. The 2 pound bag has enough nuggets, I still have plenty left in the bag. And my grandson eats big portions. So a bag of these and a bag of frozen curly fries is an easy dinner! The nuggets are real nice pieces of chicken. I ate some too. Delicious!
We have bought these before and thought they were fine, but this time they were very spicy. Like cayenne was now added in the outside coating. We didnt remember it being spicy at all. Checked the outside %26 no mention of cayenne or chili or any warning. My family did not like them at all.
No wonder Walmart gave a huge refund on these! Size of nugget has shrunk and a strange spices taste that was unwelcome plus got sick to my stomach had to throw them all out
I have been buying bags of Tyson Chicken Nuggets for a while, and I'd never have called them "health food" but they were okay for snacking. I bought them at 7-Eleven late at night sometimes, and at Walmart and supermarkets. They weren't always consistent, but something terrible seems to have happened to their quality. They are disgusting in taste, in texture and to look at -- grotesque balls of gray mush inside. I mean, one bad batch would be somewhat understandable, but no -- something has changed. I won't be buying them again. They have become awful, poor quality, and all around yucky. Like I said, I bought plenty of these before, but what happened? It doesn't look or feel or smell anything like chicken.
Tyson, I am very dissatisfied with these nuggets. You were my go-to brand, but these current chicken nuggets you are selling are an insult to your customers. Firstly, they are much smaller in size, think more like popcorn chicken. Also, the taste is off and the texture. The meat is gross and not anywhere near what Tyson used to be. The Quality Has Dropped So Much The Cheaper Brands Are Better than This.... I will not be buying Tyson Nuggets until they return the quality to what it was!! Someone in your company is cutting corners and ruining your brand and costing you customers. Until they fix this buy another brand for your family seriously....
No reflection on Walmart but Tyson needs to rethink these chicken nuggets, and I use the term Chicken loosely. I cooked some nuggets, cut one in half and inside was a peculiar substance filled with air holes and not even recognizable as being chicken. As much as these cost, it would be nice to know I’m eating actual chicken rather than an air-filled mush covered in breadcrumbs. I think you can do better than this.
Tasteless, weird spongy texture, and unappetizing to look at. It was the same with two different bags that I got from two different stores, so we were super disappointed because these used to be our favorite nuggets. We will absolutely be changing brands. Tyson has messed up with this.
Something is different with these now. They’re absolutely disgusting. Just turn to mush when you try to cook them. Slimy, mushy, gray in color. I bought a second bag thinking I must have gotten a bad batch. It was the same thing. Not sure what brand to buy now as these have always been our favorite.
Opened a new bag and found a bunch of inconsistent pieces . Some of them were shrunken down to less than half the size of normal while others were almost completely missing breading. The texture and flavor have also completely changed. They’re now dry and spongey with grayish meat inside. So cheap. Won’t buy again.
