I LOVE that these are uncooked, because the chicken doesn't end up overcooked like the pre-cooked varieties. The light breading makes for a much more enjoyable eat.
These are full breasts cut horizontally so they are great for chicken Parmesan or chicken sandwiches. The breading is just right. It gives them a crispy outside and moist inside. They are hard for the pickers to find so a lot of times they will say out of stock if you order them for pickup or delivery.
These are my favorite chicken strips. They aren't too crunchy. I only wish they were easier to find at Walmart. There are times when I can't find them for several weeks. I've seen other reviews saying that the chicken is raw and this is true, but that is the way they are meant to be. The bag clearly states that they are uncooked. You cannot simply throw these in the microwave and cook them. I use my toaster oven for the recommended temp and time and they come out great all the time.
Best chicken strips ever. I eat these after I work out. High in protein. Not alot of fat. Walmart was out for almost a week and I tried other chicken strips and they don't compare.
These Tyson Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Tenders are good. I so liked the LIGHTYLY BREADED part cause you get chicken when biting into these Breast Tenders. I give 4 Stars because for me it had too much pepper on it. I wished they cut down on the pepper. Customers can add what seasonings and how much on our food. Pepper hurts my tummy if I eat to much. Other than that , they are good.
Besides tasting like they were dunked in salt the taste is pretty good. I ate made chicken Parmesan with them but had to take off most of the breading because of how salty these are. I usually over salt my food but this is next level. The company really needs to look these over because I can see I’m not the only one that had this issue. Until reading reviews I contemplated contacting the company thinking it was a bad batch.
Very crumbly and messy. I'm disappointed that Walmart stopped carrying the Tyson air fried strips and don't carry the blackened ones. I would love it they did!
No expiration date, so hard to tell how long it had been sitting. Ended up throwing it out since the chicken strips were very tiny and thin. Not like the picture at all.
Do Not Waste Your Money. I really wanted to like these But they are so soggy when cooked per instructions. So I put them back in the oven for another 20. Nothing changed. Still soggy and just do not "feel" pleasing to my mouth. Gave a really small piece to my cat, she sniffed it and walked away. I just think these are a total Failure all the way around. These have a kind of not done/slick feeling in my mouth and Grease on my tongue. "Just Nasty," all of the way around. DO NOT BUY THESE, you'll be sorry. And these Are Not strips, they are chicken breast thay have been Flattened. I will continue to get the Fried Chicken Strips!
INTOLERABLY SALTY!!! Burned my tongue (the salt, not the heat) which lasted long after I finished eating. The chicken was tender and juicy, but with the excruciatingly salty coating, I could barely choke it down. PLEASE drop the salt down, A LOT (90%). I can always ADD salt, but cannot remove it. Also, get rid of the MALTODEXTRIN. That ingredient should be banned (but the US FDA sucks when it comes to chemicals and nutrition in what we EAT), because it can cause a blood sugar spike in diabetics that can be fatal.
