This product is the BEST THING I've had out of the freezer section EVER. I'm old and live alone and buy easy meals to cook and I was Leary about trying it. BUT WOW TYSON HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK WITH THIS ONE!!; GREAT TASTE PERFECT AMOUNT AND COOKED TO PERFECTION TO ALMOST MELT IN YOUR MOUTH.
I expected the chicken to have a fair amount of fat, but it has FAR surpassed my expectations. Really, really good. Don't purchase it from the Hurricane, UT location, though. I'd rather it stay in stock.
I love how its easy to make and a great product to use whenever i just want some orange chicken. I will say though, i had to microwave it for about 3 1/2 minutes just to get it to the right amount of heat without some of it still being cold. With that being said though, it was very worth it and i'm very glad that they came out with this! It makes it so much easier for me to mix in the sauce and make sure everything was covered!
I first tried the Tyson popcorn chicken and liked it. Then I tried the grilled chicken. I also like being able to buy the smaller size in microwaveable cups which better fits my needs.
i found and was surprised at the amount of meat. used in a salad and was able to get two serving. for elderly people who dont eat a lot i find this cost effective.
Finally fully cooked grilled chicken that actually has texture to it.. I Heated it in the microwave and put it on my salad and it was perfect.. I’ll definitely buy again
I bought these for my son because he wanted something with a lot of protein. These are very convenient to take for lunch. The container was half full, but that’s how it is with these products. I think they’re a little pricey, but they’re good for what he needed.
Honestly, these taste like Tyson's standard nugget, so to me, they're pretty solid. How they packed a ton of protein into one little cup is honestly beyond me, but I'm certainly not complaining. However, the cook time (at least, the cook time from frozen) was WAY off. I was expecting to bite into a hot nugget and instead bit into an ice cold one. The packaging says they can be eaten cold, but let's be real here... who in their right, sane mind eats cold dino nuggets? 😭😭😭 That being said, cook them twice as long as the package directions if you want the nuggets to be hot. I could see these being a nice option for a salad topping when served cold, but if I'm gonna do that, I think I'll use the popcorn chicken cups instead purely because of the difference in shape. Hopefully this review helps someone else avoid offending their taste buds via unexpectedly cold nugget. 🫂
I really wanted these to workout for a quick grab out of the freezer, however these are not worth the buy. If you microwave these they are mushy and flavorless. I don’t want to waste more money and see if they would be better in an air fryer but if you do buy them it’s worth putting a few nuggets aside to see the comparison.
I’m true chicken lover and am often on a budget, which results in needing affordable meals that are convenient and easy for my work schedule. I don’t have the highest standards for taste but protein is always key! I believe this recommends microwaving for 2-3 minutes…that was not accurate at all, for me. I had to re-heat this repeatedly for almost 10 minutes, and it was still pretty gross overall. Eventually emptied the cup into a glass dish and microwaved again for a few minutes. I have a high-watt microwave and this was a ridiculous experience for poorly tasting chicken lol do not recommend at all.
