I was looking for a solid, sturdy, durable gas grill. Was leaning towards Weber or Napoleon as everything else seemed like thin aluminum construction or just not nearly as sturdily built. I found this on sale and pulled the trigger. It was very quick to assemble, yet felt entirely different than the ikea feeling gas grills I'd built of past. Well designed. Haven't grilled yet, but seems to be even heat, powerful flame and lid holds heat much better. I like the modularity to be able to add on later, but pricey.
Great grill and incredibly easy to set up! Love how easy the burners are to ignite!
Easy construction took about 15-20 minutes. Super sturdy, excellent materials and incredible cooking with gas grill and electric griddle. Highly recommend and would buy again.
I recently visited my son and his wife in Texas to see our newest grandson (4months) and one evening he grilled a very large prime rib but I noticed he was standing in the dark while grilling it. This made the perfect gift.
I always rate everything a 4 star. For there's always room for improvement. But so far so good 2 weeks using this grill and the only thing I can honestly say I don't like about it, was the instruction manual. It could have been a little more informative. Otherwise, it been a good grill.
Clever design that really allows perfect set up with no tools. Excellent for elderly to assemble but does require two people to plunk the heavy top on the base. Areas to improve would be larger caster wheels so it can roll on rough surfaces better. Quality of the grill is very good but not as good as higher end grills.
Nice grill easy to put together. Hate the slide out drawer for the grease and crumbs. Gets really hot
Went together easily (as advertised). I'm still trying to wrap my head around the temperature possibilities and I've yet to figure out how to ignite the side burner.
I just bought it today. It took me alone 25 minutes to put together. It is replacing a 2000 Weber Genesis gold C that became unstable because a leg rusted off. I bought the griddle accessory as well. Had to buy at local retailer because they had both products in stock and combined price was a better price than on-line price even factoring my veteran status. So far, so good. It heated up to 500 degrees and the side burner started on the second attempt. It took me 25 minutes because I had to disconnect the left side platform to install the rear top panel that wasn't initially in the correct position. The included picture label overlooked the back panel installation.
I like the modular design. Works well. Cons Are the first burner on the right is much hotter then the other burners and I was I could add the side pan burner onto the end of modular set when you have 3 different appliances together
