one did not work at all and the other worked a little till it connected to my Bluetooth and turned off

TOOOOOO-LOOOOOUUUUDDD!!!
The sound quality is okay. Good enough for most events. The issue I have is with the volume of the on/off chime. Its really loud, no matter if the volume is turned to lowest setting. Why is iis it so loud? It was a quiet night listening to soft easy music and then turn it off and BAMM!!!! Woke everyone up!! This is the only music playing device that does this. I really really hate that it does this.. about to fly it in the in the trash
