Hello, The machine was low on battery and I was using it and it suddenly died and doesn't matter how much I charge it won't start. It was a brand new machine and I have barely used it so I'm not sure why it's not working. If there is a way we can fix it. I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

So far, it has been doing what it's supposed to do. I use it after each workout. It leaves muscle tension. I recently had hip pain I have been doingwith a lot of stretches and using the fit RX, it almost took the pain away. I will continue to use it.

Just received and I've tested it out a little bit. Great quality and so far my lower back area does feel much better you also get a good power range from the machine (can be a little strong at first) but then you get used to it and it feels relaxing!

Works as it should for what it is needed for. Forcing the review to register the product for a warranty registration is a bit much. Irritating actually. So yeah, that knocks a couple stars off, expect when you say I have to leave a 50+ character review. Petty.
