I spent a lot of time looking for a cork board that was well made at a good price. This board was the only one I found that checked all the boxes.

Beautiful
This is perfect! After I hang it on the wall then I can print out pictures (8 1/2 x 11) and attach them to the cork board. Better then buying posters of paradise scenes. JW's know what I am referring to.

Well-made cork board with several uses.
My use of this corkboard is not typical. I am using it to mount an odd-shaped puzzle. Covering it in a solid-colored wrapping paper and then nailing the puzzle to the board trim. It is the only size 'frame' I could find. As for the board itself, I would not hesitate to use it how it is intended. Very well made and sturdy. WOuld be ideal for a children's room to tack up their personal treasures.

Wasn't expecting superior product due to the reasonable pricing but fits with the decor at my house. Would have liked a real wood frame but this works for me.

Needed and worth it.
I like it very much. Hung it up myself. Was heavy but like that. Very useful, very much needed. Larger than I thought. You get your moneys worth. Didn't cost a lot. Would recommend it to everyone.

You get what you pay for
Since retiring I don't use the home office a lot but needed a cork board for random reminders and calendars. I did not want to spend over $20 and figure I could paint it to match white windows, so I ordered this item in spite of so-so reviews. Minus 1 star for taking 2 weeks to arrive. Minus 2 stars for difficulty of getting white paint to adhere to frame. 3 coats and some sanding later it looks ok. Minus 3 stars for the cork veneer coming off when peeling off painters' tape. The veneer has less cork than 1 bottle of wine!

Damaged
The packaging and board both were damaged. Probably a shipping issue but still unfortunate. Board seems like itd have been nice otherwise though.

arrived with a huge crack.
ordered this for my daughter and it arrived with a huge 8" crack from the bottom to the middle, so much for special handling and extra packaging to actually try and protect a fragile item.

Don't like them. Very HARD to push a push pin into, even with a hammer. Broke the push pin but it didn't go into the cork board.
