I own a motel. Protecting my mattress from bed bugs and or whatever is a must. I have bought this cover before. It's thick. Soft and easily zips up. It's a great cover at a very affordable price. Other bed bug Mattresses usually run at least 40 dollars and up!

I accidentally ordered 15 inch thick instead of 12 so it's actually too big for my mattress, but I still like it tried to put it on the wrong way at first. It was very surprised. I did not bust the material or zipper and if anybody else looks at it wrong I'll just let you know. It goes on from head to toe not to side lol highly recommend this product a lot more durable than it looks. Shipping was very quick. I've highly satisfied.

I always purchase a new bed bug mattress cover when I purchase a new mattress. This mattress cover is good quality and appears as if it will lasts awhile. The zipper goes in a little pocket so it is unlikely to come unzipped easily. It is waterproof, but not like waterproof for a child that pees the bed. However for an adult it is effective, if it's just for protecting from sweat. This is a great mattress protector and I recommend purchasing it. I am sleeping on this mattress cover nightly.

Our neighbor downstairs brought bed bugs into the building and we've been struggling to get rid of them and keep them out of our apartment, as he's not doing his part to get rid of them as well. It had gotten so bad that we were waking up from our sleep itching and in pain (I'm especially sensitive to their bites). We had tried diatomaceous earth and insecticide spray under the bed because it worked before at a different residence, but that didn't help this time. Finally, though, a combination of bedding/home spray for the mattress, the encasement, plus Ortho spray and diatomaceous earth, we've had over a week of not getting bitten at all. We're still working on treating the rest of the apartment, but this is a major win in this war! I had researched and found that the TPU material lining the inside of the encasement prevents the bugs from escaping but doesn't suffocate them. Trapped inside for at least 12-18 months, though, they will die of starvation. Keep that in mind if considering this as an option. We plan on leaving the encasement on the bed until we buy a new mattress. I definitely plan on getting another one of these when we do get a new mattress so we don't have to worry about it getting infested.

Bought this to protect my new 12' mattress it fits well Good material not hard or cheaply made at all. Easy installation. Poured water on it to test and it rolled right off. Im happy with my purchase and would recommend for anyone looking to protect their beds.

I purchased this because someone I know had found bed bugs. I bought this to make sure I didn't bring them home and this product was sent to me with bugs all over it!! So I ordered a product to help prevent bugs and instead I get SENT bugs!!! Unbelievable!! My next message is going to be to the health department wherever this company is located. This was a nightmare!!

i did not order this one.. this is wrong item.. i ordered the cozy comfort bed bug zippered waterproof cover. veey disappointed that my item did not come.

Due to damage in shipping my item sprung a leak days after the return date. My disappointment in Walmart was reinforced and I will NOT be shopping here again.

The delivery person delivered this to the wrong address. The photo clearly shows it is not my door. I reported it immediately to Walmart and “Mohammed” said he would have a replacement shipped within 24-48 hours. This has not happened. Calling Walmart customer service (what a joke) is an exercise is frustration and futility due to the language barrier and cultural differences between their so called “customer service agents” and their customers. It requires repeated calls to their 800 number and now you have to argue with an AI before you can get an actual person. Shame on you Walmart. Your agents have no problem whatsoever with lying to a customer. There's no accountability whatsoever, so why would they? You know this and don't care. Shame on you. I'll be submitting a Better Business Bureau complaint.
