U by Kotex Balance Ultra Thin Overnight Pads with Wings, Extra Heavy Absorbency, 22 Ct

I have a heavy flow and these pads have been the most reliable for me. They feel comfortable and I can actually sleep without worrying. They never failed me — really good protection and super thin at the same time. Definitely my go-to for overnight.

For my daughter—16—She says they work best. No leaks. Thin and doesn't smell at all. She likes the nighttime ones to wear all the time during That time. And refuses to wear another brand. Or size. I order them 2-3 boxes at a time if we can't find them in the store. They get them in pretty quick. 🥰

Typically I use 2 regular sized pads on my heavier days but I fully trust using one of these. I rarely bleed through when I'm wearing these. They are thin so it's like you're not wearing anything. Zero bulkiness! I should preface by saying my day 2 is like a crime scene so these pads have been literally a life saver.

Soft and smooth for sensitive skin. Great absorption power. Im satisfied with the adhesion, the pad did not move hold night wven with turning and tossing. It does not make noise while you move. Each pad comes individually wrapped which makes it easy to carry around and dispose after use. Overall great night pad. Can be used during day time on heavy flow days.

They are nice and long, which makes them perfect for heavier flow days and also great for new moms. I feel very protected wearing them, even overnight, without worrying about leaks. They are soft and comfortable on the skin and don't feel bulky at all. No harsh chemicals which is another plus .I love that they stay in place and give full coverage, so I can sleep peacefully. The Balance line is great because it helps keep things feeling fresh and comfortable, not damp. Overall, these pads do exactly what they promise. They are reliable, comfortable, and perfect when you need extra protection. I would definitely recommend them for overnight use or heavier days.

i was blessed with a heavy flow and have ruined so many bed sheets. looks like a homicide took place where i slept. regular pads just don't cut it , especially when im laying down, sleeping. but Kotex overnight pads are a game changer.... no leaks, dry sheets! they are much longer than regular pads and wider in the back. they're still super thin which makes them comfortable.

SIZE Im giving this product 4 stars ONLY because I had to struggle with finding out how to position them perfectly. Im 44yo and never struggled with pads like these and it was simply due to how gigantic they are. I have NEVER seen a pad this size in all of my life outside of the hospital maternity department. These pads are WIDER than those. Im a plus sized woman (2x/3x) and even I was like these things may be too big!!! I read the reviews about how big they are...BELIEVE THEM. I have never written a review for feminine pads before but for these I was compelled to do so. I have included a pic to give you a visual. Folded up - they are the height of an iphone 11...so that means the length will be longer once unfolded. I just dont know how this product will fit into small underwear. COVERAGE Definitely gives you that.... especially if you are a back sleeper and your pad fills more towards the back. If you lay a towel down in your bed when you sleep, I dont think you'd need too with these. Could be worn during the day BUT for me, I didnt because it would make me feel like others will see the outline because how much coverage there is in the back. Again, I'm a plus sized woman and this pad covers a great bit of my butt area. RECOMMENDED Will purchase again but ONLY for daytime wear at home or bed time for sleep.

I love this overnight pad by Kotex because they are really long compared to my regular purchased pads . This provides a maximum coverage and prevents leak. As my body is changing, I never know if my periods will be heavy or lighter. This pad does have a good absorbency, but it does not last me 12 hours as advertised on the box. When the pad is light to moderate, we used, it does keep the moisture off of your body. It does prevent odors from being evident . So that is a big deal! I would definitely recommend this product to my friends!
