U by Kotex Balance Ultra Thin Overnight Pads with Wings, Extra Heavy Absorbency, 22 Ct

I have a heavy flow and these pads have been the most reliable for me. They feel comfortable and I can actually sleep without worrying. They never failed me — really good protection and super thin at the same time. Definitely my go-to for overnight.

Soft and smooth for sensitive skin. Great absorption power. Im satisfied with the adhesion, the pad did not move hold night wven with turning and tossing. It does not make noise while you move. Each pad comes individually wrapped which makes it easy to carry around and dispose after use. Overall great night pad. Can be used during day time on heavy flow days.

I love this overnight pad by Kotex because they are really long compared to my regular purchased pads . This provides a maximum coverage and prevents leak. As my body is changing, I never know if my periods will be heavy or lighter. This pad does have a good absorbency, but it does not last me 12 hours as advertised on the box. When the pad is light to moderate, we used, it does keep the moisture off of your body. It does prevent odors from being evident . So that is a big deal! I would definitely recommend this product to my friends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely the best pads I've used. They are perfect size. Typically I use 2 regular sized pads on my heavier days but I fully trust using one of these. I rarely bleed through when I'm wearing these. They are thin so it's like you're not wearing anything. Zero bulkiness! I should preface by saying my day 2 is like a crime scene so these pads have been literally a life saver.

Thus was a life changer. When I first got my period 20 years ago, my mom and I both had to use literal tshirts rolled up and stuffed in our underwear in order to prevent leaks while sleeping. I haven't gotten my period in like 5 years bc of my birth control but it's coming back and these blew my mine. They are 15 inches long! And there are wings to spread in your underwear for the butt area! I can sleep on my back! When I first opened one of these up I was so shocked and impressed I had to show my mom 🤣 she was impressed too!

now that I've discovered these and they're longer and wider just for me personally they are a winner all the way around and any woman who has a heavy flow day and night and the first two to three days knows exactly what I'm talking about I promise you if you're using always right now give these a try you won't regret it

I bought this product solely based on my experience with the previous products from this company. This product is completely useless, and their marketing is false. I bought 4 packs of this product and terribly regret that I am now unable to use and get my money back. They claim to be ‘extra heavy absorbent,' yet it's the worst absorbent any product could ever be. The quality is terrible, and extremely uncomfortable. I don't recommend this product to anyone.

i was blessed with a heavy flow and have ruined so many bed sheets. looks like a homicide took place where i slept. regular pads just don't cut it , especially when im laying down, sleeping. but Kotex overnight pads are a game changer.... no leaks, dry sheets! they are much longer than regular pads and wider in the back. they're still super thin which makes them comfortable.

I have a disorder and heavy menstrual cycle due to it. I use these to double up under a thicker pad for extra protection. I also use them for the back area when I sleep to help stop leakage. These are not pads you would use by themselves if you have a menstrual issue out of the normal. However, these are great for adding extra protection under thicker pads and in the rear of your under garments for extra protection at night. They do not seem to bother my skin. I don't have any induced cramps or symptoms due to them. They hold extremely well for such a thin pad. The length is so perfect for abnormal menstrual cycles. I just wish they made a thicker version. That would be a slam dunk for us with heavy cycles due to other issues. It could be the best product out there if it were thicker. Please consider making a thicker version like the Always size 5 thick pad for heavy overnight!
