[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ultra thin pads with wings are so comfortable! It doesn't feel like you are wearing a pamper and they stay in place. They are long and don't leak. Not only that but I love that these pads are hypoallergenic and made with no harsh ingredients. I will definitely be purchasing these when I run out!

I usually get the ones without wings but these were substituted, but if you like wings they are strong. Stays put all day even a little difficult to remove...lol...but they are comfy and thin...I wear them everyday to stay fresh and change as needed...would repurchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these! I have been a 100% Always brand pad girl. I am have been converted after trying these. First, I love the size of these. They are just the right length so I don't feel like I will leak during the day, but also don't feel like I am wearing a diaper. I love the thickness too. They are so thin but hold really well. The best thing about these is the packaging is kind of like a cloth/cotton material instead of the crinkly plastic one. You don't have to worry about everyone in the public restroom knowing you're on your period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my favorite!!!! I cannot stress this enough. I cannot stand always pads, but I love Kotex. They do not leak through. These are very thin. I haven't seen them these thin for this being heavy protection and I do get heavy periods and these absolutely worked. I will continue to keep buying Kotex. This by far is the best company for me and I will continue to use them. I cannot praise them enough. I was completely surprised at how much it held for how thin it was. It's like the more they keep making it. It keeps improving and the thinner. The pad is the more it holds, which left me flabbergasted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pads are light weight, durable and absorption is safe. The padding is extremely light, and does not irritate the skin. It isn't bulky feels like nothing is on, good and slightly makes things unsure, however it does the job. 🙂

Gets the job done for a heavy flow. Absorbs very well. Did not leak. I like the top cottony layer - it has breathability overall. I believe these (Clean %26 Secure line) are free from fragrances, lotions, elemental chlorine bleach, and being dermatologist-tested, which is totally awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to like these pads, but they were disappointing. Even though they claim to be 100% leak proof, that wasn't my experience at all. The absorption was uneven and the fluid tended to pool in one area instead of spreading out, which led to leaks. The wings were another big issue—they kept sticking too much and actually tore off on my underwear when I tried to remove the pad. Overall, they didn't feel secure or reliable, especially for a heavy-flow product. I expected better performance based on the claims.
