[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used Kotex tampons before so I was interested to try them. I used them as I normally would but realized quickly that the Regular Kotex was not as absorbent as a Regular Tampax. It performed just like a Light Tampax. I had leaks each time I used the Kotex whether I was using a Regular or Super. Even the Super did not perform as well as a Regular Tampax. I'd never purchase these and would only recommend if you have a very light flow and are very petite and use a larger size than you think you'd need to. The one positive is that they are very compact for good portability.
