We got this e-bike for our 11 year old son. It is huge, and certainly adult size, but in a good way! I am 5'4” and it is larger than my bicycle. Our son figured out how to ride it without any issues. He could easily continue to ride this into his teens years, prior to getting him a car. He is currently 4'8.” We purchased the 1000w 20”x4.0 e-bike. My husband put it together within an hour or two. So far, we have had no issues with charging it and the 20mph max speed is perfect for our son, riding it through our neighborhood and up to the little shops out front. It was a great buy at $550 when we purchased it on sale, before Christmas in 2025. It would easily work for an adult too. My husband, 5'11” and 200lbs enjoys it as well.

I use this e-bike everyday, and absolutely love it. The 48V 10.4Ah removable battery makes charging very easy, and I appreciate how simple it is to put the battery in and out if I need to. The ride comfort is excellent for daily commutes. The seat is surprisingly comfortable even on longer rides, and the front forks do a solid job of absorbing bumps, which is a huge plus since I take it on light gravel trails sometimes. I'm hitting the advertised 20 mph without issues. For transport, it fits well on my standard bike rack, which is key. Another major plus: the delivery was incredibly fast—they got it to me almost a week early! Overall, this 750W cargo e-bike has exceeded my expectations for a daily ride.

I purchased this e-bike for my son and he loves it , it was very easy to assemble without even using the instruction manual , highly recommended

I haven't been able to charge the battery it might be a faulty one, I'll do another review when i get a replacement battery. Hope it's a good e-bike

Excellent power well, built. All the electronics are well protected worth the money. Especially for an old beat up military guy that doesn't walk very well.I can take my dog for runs now

Its a great bike for the money. It came mostly assembled and what was left to put together was pretty simple.

battery dies quickly after few blocks in peddle assist. company wouldn't replace. had to return bike for refund. bike was great. battery sucked.

I like the bike very much, but it's been shutting off while I ride. It just completely powers off for no reason. I checked the battery connections, everything looks good. Not sure if it's a controller or voltage issue. I've made no changes to the settings, so who know what it could be, maybe I just received a bad unit. Although, the bike is everything I needed it to be, this issue will keep me from using much, kind of a waste and I could not recommend the bike based on the quality control issue. Five star for sure if everything worked well.
