The case is awesome. My second UAG case and will always protect my phones with UAG. Last phone and UAG case was 5 years old and dropped several times with no issues. This new case will do the same. Had some issues with shipping and UAG took care of the matter by shipping another case. Great company. Thank you for great products and great service.

This is one of the best phone cases I've had. Easily comparable in price and quality to other top of the cases. It's rugged enough to do its job while sleek enough to fit easily in the pocket and hand. It does all that while looking great! Highly recommend!

Worth it. Glides right in the pocket but doesn't slip out of hand. Had it for some months now and unmarked even with throwing it around and a few hard ground tumbles. Thought it would be all black but top end and bottom corner bumpers are orange, not mad cuz it's easier to find.

I am huge fan of UAG and have it products for all of my devices. My latest purchase was Black Civilian Case for iPhone 12 pro, the case is great but there is one thing I want to point out which is the orange accent given at the front it gets dirty really easy and is hard to clean because of the material used. Instead of rubber if it would have been of the same material as the rest of the case then I think cleaning it will not be an issue then. I know the orange is added to make it stand out but my personal preference will be full black body. The rest of the case is awesome I am really loving it, it makes clicking buttons really crisp. The cutouts are appropriate and the UAG branding at the back make its funky. Overall a good product.

I can't fault the quality of construction - I've dropped my phone a few times since getting the case and both it and my phone have come through unscathed. My only complaint is that the phone's maglock doesn't work through the case, so it requires a bit of fiddling to get it to charge wirelessly. Other than that it's an excellent and stylish case.

First impression was a 10. Rear end is strudy and robust But The edge at the 4 corners in the front is pretty bad.. it peeled off after mere 4 days, considering that is the intregal part which gives cushion for any fall, overall i was unimpressed with the quality as your brand promotes safety , edges peeling off automatically, how can one expext it will help protect the screen
