A product that received was correctly color and good quality. The all buttons can be work well. I'll surely order this again in the future.

Due to glitch in website (which I sent proof of) I was sent wrong case (one I already have) and they didn't care, just replied to my many emails with toxic comments.

It is a good looking case seems to provide good protection haven't dropped yet so untested but is not bulky and leather accents look good.

Bought my second uag case for my newest phone. Saw there was a wrist cord available so i sprung for it too. Only problem was while the advertisement stated two holes to attach the cord...non were there. I like this brand over others that are bulky, no military grade or having this drop height. Love the color to help my lay eyes on my phone. ( would love some neon colors- like green or orange) for this purpose.

We have used UAG Monarch for years - this one seems cheaply made - I fear it will not protect. It is difficult to get the phone out of the case. I never had that issue before. I am afraid my phone is going to crack if I remove it from the case. I contacted customer service and they were rude and unhelpful.
