(1) despite all of the strength it appears to have, the glass shattered significantly on the first day. Yes, the impact was over the unguarded power button, but that still seems to be quite a defect. I have to replace the glass on a brand new phone because of this very strong case I thought I bought.
(2) This A32 I got from free credit card points. It is not as good as my former S9+. One of the things I don't like, is that you cannot take screenshots in the normal way by dragging your hand over the screen.
Did you so, you must hold the lower volume button and the power button simultaneously.
Your case makes that nearly impossible. I have to grab the phone and make three or four tries to really simultaneously hit them both. The plastic over the lower volume button makes it very difficult to Hit the power button simultaneously. Taking screenshots is a disaster.
I don't even use the UAG case because I can't take screenshots, which is important to my work. And I've had to replace the screen on the second day I owned the phone (as I ordered the UAG case prior to the phone coming).
I've had extra strong cases before. In fact I always buy them for my phones. And they work, usually. But I forgot the brand of the last one for my S9+, So I chose yours.
For $20 or something, it was terrible. I had to take it off almost immediately and never use it again.
I don't normally make third party complaints about products, but in this case I will unless you send me a new product that will be better than this one. At least something where I can take screenshots!
