The phone case has survived quite a few drops in the month or so I've had it. I have noticed that the case feels pretty flimsy, as well as the phone case corner coming off whenever it's sitting in my pocket. It still does what its supposed to do. I woudnt get it if you like hard cases.

The case is thin but rather protective on the phone doesn't slide on smooth surfaces and price not half bad but the case can at times slide off one of the edges

I have always liked UAG cases / covers which was the main reason in ordering this for my new phone. Unfortunately, I never received the item and when I contacted UAG about this and was told by Jennifer (UAG) that the item was delivered on July 14th and was signed for. The problem was that it was delivered to a different address. After requesting a copy of the "proof of delivery" I then had to contact the delivery company myself to find out what had happened. The delivery company insisted that the item was delivered to the correct address as on their records the address on the parcel was not my address (but a similar address in a different area). When I explained this to Jennifer (UAG) I was told "Unfortunately, we are unbale to contact Parcel Force on your behalf in regards to the shipment." The problem is I had already contacted Parcel Force so you would not be contacting them "on my behalf" and I asked if UAG could contact them to sort out the problem of who had put the wrong address on the package. Outcome is ............... 1. I cannot review this item, as I have never received it and so not know whether it is any good. 2. Although the Items I have had from UAG in the past have all been excellent in quality and performance I now have little confidence in UAG's ability to put the correct address in a package.
