Tried it for the first time yesterday when coloring my hair with henna, which is heat activated. Got super warm pretty quick on high so ended up turning down to low which was perfect. The only thing that I wasn't thrilled about is it's not very fitted so I had to hold my hands onto it to make sure that it kept my hair equally warm so that I didn't have an even color but I'm still pleased with it.

Product works for conditiong the hair not for drying the hair like a bonnet or hooded dryer

It's worth the price and all the settings work great. Haven't had any issues with it and have used it on weekly basis.

This is the best heating cap! The size is just right so there's not too much extra space. This item gets hot on the top and all around the cap very quickly. Comes with another cap for hair treatments

This heat cap seems very well-made and operated exactly as I expected. It isn't something we plan to use often, so it will be sure to last quite a long time.

It does have a very nice bonnet and it comes with an additional shower cap. It's well constructed and not heavy. It's adjustable and fits comfortably on my large head...lol. It's not a steamer... it's just a heating cap! The only down side is that it shuts off automatically. The product claims to have a built in timer to shut down so it doesn't overheat I guess. It has two settings and the highest setting does get very hot but won't burn you or make you sweat while wearing it. You'll just have to restart it for longer sessions. I think it's great for the price.
