Love using this for pet waste! I've tried a diaper dekor and a litter genie but this one is the best for containing odor and ease of use. It's so easy to just toss a bag inside and quickly close back up again. Since it's stainless steel it doesn't absorb odors. And I love that you can just use a regular trash bag with it.

I use a bag inside the pail for ease of use to contain the refuse from my cat's litter box. The lid allows for quick removal of a full bag and contains the odor. I think it's a bit expensive for the item, but it works well in my small bathroom.

This has been doing an excellent job of containing yucky smells after scooping out the litter box. No smells at all when lid is closed. I'm amazed! Highly recommend this to anyone with a cat.

Actually covers up the smell and mostly smooth surfaces to clean everything off. Your cat WILL rip off the rubber stopper ring on the bottom.

Handy, convenient, and a good solution to our cat-room used litter smell. Really like the twist-lock feature, too.

been disappointed by every diaper and litter pail they make it's been a nightmare finding a litter disposal system that suits my needs. used AI assistant to find all the best models due to mobility issues. Also due to my OCD I can not have any smell of cat litter (THANK YOU OKOCAT FOR YOUR AMAZING LITTER) and excrement. Needs to be easy to clean, big enough opening for huge litter scoops for my big cats huge litter boxes, sanitary system, not push through openings or small openings that spill or smear waste all over, stainless steel or no absorbent materials etc. im needy I guess. long covid from vaccine left me bed ridden since 2021. so litter pail is absolute necessity and one that doesn't make me insane from OCD like twister models but it's imperative it locks odors in and affordable because already cant afford to eat the entire month on disability income. I am unable to run up and down 3 floors to outside garbage every litter scoop. (my picky cat requires its scooped after every time he uses or he'll hold it in or go outside the box because it's got a pee clump still in it. The ubbi pail so far is exceeding expectations but they were very low considering the supposed best litter pails I've tried so far but despite my hesitance my AI assistant helping me comb through thousands of products kept telling me ubbi litter pail is me best option for my health needs physically and mentally (mobility issues and OCD) saw it on sale for same price as the cheap ones i used to use so figured I'd see if it works of not I can return. i like You can use your own trash bags which saves a ton on expensive liners since its going into trash bag either way. opening it you get some smell of course just like no litter can stop the poo smell while your pet is going. nothing can keep odor in a bucket that's full of poop and opened. So i figure since i was spending a fortune on expensive liners i can get j large dog poop bags 250 for 4 bucks. But i am still testing so I want it to get as foul smelling as possible inside. I didn't think it could hold odor in once I set it up.. the top that goes on the bucket (not locking litter door but changing bag lid) fit on nicely but just didn't seem like it was sealing. the top with the knob lock and slide open door is just very loose, in my head no way it's sealed enough. so fed my Buddy the shrimp wet food he loves but gives him diarrhea and boy did it stink. I put thinnest cheapest bag inside pail and can't smell a thing!. when i open it wow it's a hit in the face compared to other models that close I always keep open so the liners don't get covered in waste at the top above the part that seals off bags to lock in odors. instead of dropping it on top closing lid then opening bag to drop the waste down. but never hit me with smell like this. it likely cause plastic pail was absorbing a lot and liners meant to absorb ammonia and other smells are used in other models. this one odor can't escape or absorbed (hence $4 poo bags)

So far so good it is a nice size not too big and not too small. Well constructed and good material. I wish it came with the deodorizing disk I had a hard time finding them and I could not find them on the Walmart site..

it stinks. the whole house stinks. i can't get the smell out of plastic parts. the gap under the rubber rim on the top is getting bigger and not tight anymore. the red bags manufacturer makes for it are not good, they're larger and can only be filled half way or the bag won't come out of it. these bags also sweat and make the smell worse. so... it doesn't contain smell at all and too expensive for what it is. doesn't have the horrid intraption parts that genie can has, but it is still same, bad.
