This was delivered by WalMart and this was the condition of the box when it arrived. I'm disappointed. I figured a multi billion dollar company would not let things like this happen. The chairs work as intended and are comfy

2 of my chairs were broken I personally sat in one and it was my first time using it and it broke away from the set. The other chair cause someone to fall on floor.

Perfect selection for occasional use and a great value (Black Friday discount). These chairs are not top-of-the-line, but good quality, again for general occasional use. They are slightly smaller in all directions than more pricy folding chairs, but work just fine.

I recently purchased the padded folded chair for a party. The price for the six chair was great and I was happy with the amount of padding that the chair had on the seat and backrest. I took the chair out of the padded box, inspected them and propped them against a wall until the day of the party. About two hours into the party I felt the chair I was sitting in sink down but I did not move. Eventually I got up to do something in the next room and when I sat back down the chair legs bent backwards and I fell backwards on the floor. The product states the weight capacity is 330 and I weigh about 210 so that was not the cause of the chair folding like that. I’m thankful I did not get hurt or one of my guest gotten hurt sitting on that particular chair.. I had no issues with the other chairs. I don’t know if I want to keep them may be sending back. I ordered early and when I used them it was too late to return. The price was good; however, the quality was not. Most of the protective covers were missing and the protective covers on the feet came off easily.

Two of the chairs was made of cheap plastic only part that was cheap metal was the hinges. Color was prefect. Two of the chairs were prefect made. Only problem couldn’t just return two chairs. Had to return all four but was scared I’d get four plastic chairs so just kept them will use them for my nephews that are 2 and 3 years. Beware don’t buy.

In the past delivered items are left in front of my door. This time the huge box of chairs was left on a landing up six stairs from my door - there was no way I could get it down the stairs!!! And the box was damaged. No way am dealing with Walmart again.

I purchased 6 new chairs and 2 of them were defected. When I called Walmart.com to speak to a rep. they offered a price adjustment for the two chairs because was unable to return because of an event the next day and would not have received the replacement chairs in time. After Walmart offered the price adjustment and I accepted due to the circumstances, now they're saying I have to return all six chairs. So paying full price for defected chairs.

they came on 2 boxes. one box was destroyed and pieces fell out. we only accepted 1 box no credit or replacement was given. I was told no refund or replacement available

No problem with the chairs, but the company. We bought 2 sets and had to return 1 set, only to find out couldn’t return to Walmart but ship back to company. I emailed them 4 times to get info to return and a week later they gave me a label to take item to fed ex. I’m still waiting for confirmation on my Money back. Terrible customer service.
