This was delivered by WalMart and this was the condition of the box when it arrived. I'm disappointed. I figured a multi billion dollar company would not let things like this happen. The chairs work as intended and are comfy

2 of my chairs were broken I personally sat in one and it was my first time using it and it broke away from the set. The other chair cause someone to fall on floor.

We ordered these for a 70th birthday celebration, and then my husband found 4 chairs at an estate sale. We used those instead %26 returned these without opening the box they came in. I ordered them because the weight limit for sitting on them was comparable to what was required for some of our guests.

We love these chairs for our family gatherings. We purchased 6 and decided to buy another 6 because the family keeps growing… they’re very comfortable and sturdy. The light gray color is perfect for us and the padding on the seat and the backrest is perfect!!

Perfect selection for occasional use and a great value (Black Friday discount). These chairs are not top-of-the-line, but good quality, again for general occasional use. They are slightly smaller in all directions than more pricy folding chairs, but work just fine.

The look of the chairs is fine, not top of the line but ok for the price. However we got them out for the first time and after an hour of my husband sitting in one, the metal bar of one side started to collapse under him. He got up before it completely went but it definitely bent/broke. Don’t get me wrong he’s close to the weight rating of the chair but… it’s a metal chair and he was under the rating. Definitely not sturdy enough for our weekly use. If not used every day and 200lbs and under I’d say they’re probably fine but over that idk that I’d trust them to hold up

Two of the chairs was made of cheap plastic only part that was cheap metal was the hinges. Color was prefect. Two of the chairs were prefect made. Only problem couldn’t just return two chairs. Had to return all four but was scared I’d get four plastic chairs so just kept them will use them for my nephews that are 2 and 3 years. Beware don’t buy.

I purchased 6 new chairs and 2 of them were defected. When I called Walmart.com to speak to a rep. they offered a price adjustment for the two chairs because was unable to return because of an event the next day and would not have received the replacement chairs in time. After Walmart offered the price adjustment and I accepted due to the circumstances, now they're saying I have to return all six chairs. So paying full price for defected chairs.

In the past delivered items are left in front of my door. This time the huge box of chairs was left on a landing up six stairs from my door - there was no way I could get it down the stairs!!! And the box was damaged. No way am dealing with Walmart again.

No problem with the chairs, but the company. We bought 2 sets and had to return 1 set, only to find out couldn’t return to Walmart but ship back to company. I emailed them 4 times to get info to return and a week later they gave me a label to take item to fed ex. I’m still waiting for confirmation on my Money back. Terrible customer service.
