This is a really good looking chair! Looks great at my station. The cushions are a bit stiff but I think it’s comfortable enough. Assembly wasn’t too bad. But it is pretty wobbly, not so bad when it’s all the way down but the higher up you go the worse it is. Overall I love this chair but 4 stars for stability, I am probably going to have to purchase something different in the future

On the left side of the chair, the arm rest is tilted sideways and we tried so hard in leveling it but it didn't work, so I thought this one came defected. Then the button square metal that sits on the floor is very light and thin, I prefer heavy ones.

The holes to connect the arm rest and seat didnt line up to allow the screws to fit.. the arm rest isnt wooden as described in the description; its hard plastic material

I bought two of these chairs and the one won't even turn. I put the chair together the same way as the first. I have had them for 4 months. The one never worked since I put it together. The hydraulic won't work and the chair wont even turn. The second one the hydraulic pump just quit on me today. These chairs are junk.

Need to return defective item. This action is not showing up as an option. This chair does raise up as far as it's stated and it's at an angle not good for cutting hair.

Received order fast but was disappointed on Christmas because my black screws were missing so we didn't finish putting it together😩😩😩

The pump only worked when you pulled up not push down. We took it apart re did it. Even the pump that came together and it still only pumped pushing up. Unusable.

Chair is too small and very hard seats

I couldn't put the chair together because the 6 oil pump screws were missing.
