Just ordered my 2nd ac, no issues at all. Got my first about 3 years ago and reordered the exact one for my living room. I highly recommend it.

The air condition is great just pulls a lot of electric. It says energy save but it doesn't seem like it.

Wrong item received/poor customer service
Ordered an AC unit, received a table and chairs. Seller(UBesGoo) is making me transport the table and chairs to UPS to ship back and won't ship the correct item or initiate a refund until they receive the item back. Nevermind that it is their fault, not mine that the wrong item was shipped and delivered to me. But I am the one that has to correct their mistake before they will fulfill the order. I had to email them photos of the item etc even though the picture FedEx took of it on my porch is very clearly NOT an AC unit.
