Late delivery
After paying for prompt delivery plus a tip for the delivery person, you notified me this delivery would arrive one day late. Very disappointed that you advertise fast delivery, but then go back on your word. Disappointed!

Bait and switch SCAM
Bait and switch sales. Ordered the UCG-Max with 1TB storage and paid a decent price for unit WITH storage. Triple checked order as it seemed too good to be true. Ubiquiti was out of stock of that unit. Was shipped a unit WITHOUT STORAGE or sled and ended up paying a hundred over list for such item and then had to buy sled and storage for another 100 plus.!!! DO NOT BUY FROM WALMART. Tried customer service, no luck. Ad now shows no storage and 100 less in price. Crooks.

Don't buy this! It's the base, no storage model.
I bought this to improve my home network, and they sent me the Ubiquiti Cloud Gateway Max router without the 512gb ssd and mounting sled. Now I have to spend $20 plus shipping on Ubiquiti'S website just to get the internal mounting sled, as well as pay $80-100 for a decent 512gb m.2 ssd
