Ubisoft Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 (Xbox 360)

Your Shape Fitness is great ! I look forward to my workout daily! I am almost 60 years old with a few limitations on range of motion and was concerned that this would only be for the very fit. I am very pleased that it offers many levels of ability with the possibility of progression. It makes the workout fun and you can really work up a good sweat. Hard to believe you basically need only a 4 foot by 4 foot space to get such a great workout! Definitely recommend it!

I love this xbox kinect workout. It makes you sweat and feel muscle pain at the end of session. A lot of workout mode to select that you will never get bored ;')

My husband is very fit and im a beginner back to fitness since I had my son. This game is alot of fun and burns alot of calories, I would suggest using a heart rate monitor for accurate calorie counting because the calories stated on the game are alot less than it really burns. Tons to do in this game. Best part is you can see your actual body on the screen!

I bought this game during a rollback sale online. Since it was sold out online, I had to do a store pickup instead. I starting working out with this game as soon as I got it home and I am amazed at how much that can be done with it. I have an Xbox live account, so I am am to connect this account with it also and compete with online friends. This game also has an android app that you can use to keep with burned calories and workout objectives. This has got to be the best workout game so far. My husband did a 2 minute exercise and was sweating afterward. (And my husband is supposed to be the athletic one!)

This product takes your workout to the next level. If you like all the features of the first YourShape then you will love this version. It has a lot of the old workout classes with some new really fun options that are so much fun to do you forget you are working out. The dance classes and games are a real treat!

My boyfriend got me this game a few days ago and I was so excited to try it out. I had tried the demo on my Xbox and really enjoyed it. So playing the full version was even better. This game can really make you sweat. And what's great about it is you can create your own workout program and it flags the workouts that would be best for what your trying to work for so for me I want to loss weigh so it flagged all the workouts that would be best for losing weight. The instructor is great too she tells you what to do so you get the moves perfect so you can get the most out of your workout. I've been using this game for about 3 days now and I've dropped 3 pounds! And another way you know it's working is I was sore as heck after day 1 of using the full version.

Day 1 opened it, put it in and did the warm ups, yoga and dance workouts. Day 2 My deltoids are killing me and I do feel as though I got a good work out the day before. Can't wait to do it again!!! So worth getting!!!

Good game for beginners, I haven't had enough time to be able to tell if this is still a solid warmup or even workout for intermediate to experienced people who exercise. However, it fits the bill for me, as I can't hit the gym, running outside isn't possible due to the cold weather and snow, thus exercising a few minutes a day, while watching this, seems to be working out for me. Experience with walmart and this product, was not very good, but everything can't be perfect I guess :)

I played a couple of times is definitely easier than Nike... not sure if this makes it better but I LOVE the Yoga section.
