I got this for use against a dangerous neighbor dog. People haven't been bitten yet so nothing can be done by authorities. It is easy to clip on clothing or put in a side pocket, will be easy to use, sprays out to a good distance and is large enough so there's enough to give confidence we won't run out of spray during an encounter.

Sturdy belt clip. I hope to never have to use the spray. Comes with a little pamphlet that explains the history of the company and testimonials of those that had to use the spray along with instructions. I have purchased several different sprays from other companies and what I like most about this one is the belt clip and the attached safety.

I like the included "holster". It really works! I practiced with it at the State Park, with my wife posing as the bear. With it mounted on my backpack's belt, I could reach back, grab it without looking, and be ready to spray within about 1/2 sec. What might happen with a real black bear, well, who knows. But I think this setup is fundamentally well thought-out.

Good for safety while in the woods

I bought this as a birthday present for my brother. His trail cam recorded a mama bear and her one cub. Having this will give him some peace of mind while he's deer hunting.
