What i dislike about the product is that it has to be plug into the Xbox series instead of being wireless for it to be hooked up to talk to your friends while playing a game.

the headset is great the only two thing that i dont like is the quality of the mute button and the it hurts your ears a little because it squeezes your head too much but i asume over time it will were that out to fit better

I bought this gaming headset for my son and he absolutely loves them. We always used Turtlebeach before for gaming and they never lasted very long and they were way more expensive for no reason. These headsets are so much cheaper and the quality is actually a lot better than those expensive one's. The sound quality is clear too and it has great noise cancellation for the mic.

Son loves them easy to use and hooks up on the PS5 with no problem great quality, sound and price. Highly recommend

this was a much better price and faster delivery than from Amazon. my My grandson is absolutely thrilled, his birthday party is this weekend and he says he told his friends all about it!

I never received my item I had to get a refund. The item supposed to be delivered in less than 10 days and I didn't get it after 20 so I got a refund.
