Udi's Gluten Free Cinnamon Coffee Cake Mug Mix, 9.8 oz, 4 Count

These are actually really good. I got the cinnamon coffee cake. I was so excited about it and they delivered. It was nicely cinnamonny and the texture was great. I did use oat milk and eyeballed the tablespoons for it. I was so excited about it I let my friend try it who isn't gluten free and they said "this is pretty legit"

What a great treat! It's easy to make, not too sweet, and quick. I have learned to use a mini whisk, at home, to make the batter more evenly smooth. Gluten free coffee cake is a rare commodity, I really enjoy this product!

My husband and I mix one up in the mornings and drink with our coffee. They are so tasty (we've tried all 4 flavors). They are nice and warm when they are done in the microwave. Highly recommend!!

I tried the four flavors of mug cakes offered and this flavor is definitely my favorite. Top it with a scoop of ice cream and it is perfect. 👍

I was so excited to have a gluten free mug came today (I bought, or should say wasted my money on) the cinnamon coffee cake mug cake. It was horrible! I have never ever tasted anything so dry! Do not buy these! The frozen muffins are so good. I will buy those in the future.

I was excited to try this because I like the Udi's bread and pizza and frozen muffins, but this is terrible. I tried 2 of the 4 packets (one with water and one with milk) and they were gluey and had a horrible aftertaste. I have to throw the other 2 packets out. Sad because they were expensive.

These are terrible. The recipe seems wrong. I tested a few packets with varying water - all of these did puff up like I suppose they are supposed to, but I can't feed anyone this stuff. The taste is artificial and rather like a dish sponge.

I cannot seem to get this to not come out doughy/raw like.
