I love this set, assembly instructions are the most organized that I have ever seen, it includes a check-list. This set looks amazing and is extremely comfortable. My only issue is the weather cover, it's a bit difficult to put on since the design is not the rectangle covering shown in the picture.

I purchased for our top deck. Delivery consist of 2 large boxes. Assembly instructions are primarily pictures with some written instructions. The customer has two options regarding how the furniture can be arranged. Therefore, it's recommended that you read the instructions BEFORE starting to assemble. Also it was very helpful to have an electric screwdriver with hex bit, and pliers because assembly require nuts, screw and washer for the entire set assembly. Therefore, these tools made the actual assembling process much easier and smoother. In total, it requires 4-5 hours to assemble the complete set. it's a good Saturday project.

This is a nice piece of furniture, especially for the price. The assembly was simple and made sense once I organized the pieces. Unfortunately, some labels fell off so I took the puzzle approach to figure it out. Instructions were simple and very straightforward. Customer service is very responsive.

Cushions are a little thin and screws tend to strip easily. The tools provided were ok but if you have a racket and / or a ratcheting screwdriver it makes the job much easier. I'm a 27 year old woman and put it together alone in a few hours. Very nice overall and looks like it will hold up well.

Wicker Material is a little thinner than expected so only time will tell how well it holds up. Assembly was not hard but very time consuming. It took us a little over 4 hours. The cover is very high quality. Overall I would say for the price point it seems like a good deal, especially if it holds up for a few years.

The cushion's are of poor quality foam and they faded from red to a pink in 2 months. The furniture looks good but had to buy all new cushions after 2 months, you will want to factor that in your cost also, the set is overpriced once you factor that in.

It’s ridiculous to say that this should have a retail value of over $2000?? It’s cheaply made. They said it was on clearance and that’s why the price was so great. The clearance price is all it would ever be worth. Just cheap crap.

Terrible to put together. The covers don’t fit. The back is bent. Overall not a good purchase

This set is nice for about 1 month. The black cushions faded to a gray color in just weeks , even when using the provided cover. I bought it in April and am writing this review in June. That's how fast the cushions faded! Do not buy this set. Complete waste of money and I'm so disappointed

200014563424930 order number has been a terrible experience. Missing part of the order customer services of no help. I'm still waiting to be able to put this patio set together.
