Don’t be afraid of putting this set together. I am a 64 yr old woman who has been mostly idle for the last year. I started feeling a bit better a few weeks before I ordered this, and had intended on asking a neighbor to help me assemble it, since it said it took two people and I couldn’t afford to pay the extra $99 to have it put together. Anyway, when I unpacked the boxes… which were packed by a genius, seriously…. I noticed that none of the pieces were terribly heavy and what it made even more enticing to go ahead and get started was the awesome way the bolts, washers, and Allen wrench were all suctioned sealed on a cardboard labeling each section with number of pieces and showing the shape (corresponding easily to the directions), and yes, they purposely include an extra for each of the bolts and washers in each box (2 chairs per box, with one box also having the table). I put the two straight chairs and the table together, by myself, in around 2-1/2-3 hours, sitting on the edge of my couching while watching TV. That includes the time I frequently took to sit back and admire my progress, and at the end of each piece, take a photo. 😊 The second box containing the two corner chairs went together in less than two hours… same delays. Lol! I again have to refer to the excellent packing; the cushions weren’t even smooched or wrinkled. The directions were extremely clear and concise, with clear and concise photos. The pieces went together easily…the bolts finger-tightening smoothly to the 80% point and the pieces lining up perfectly. This is the first this I’ve ever ordered that I didn’t think I could do by myself and it ended up being the easiest things I ever put together! So happy!

We ordered this, and it ended up shipping to us over a week early! After putting it together we realized we were missing 1 piece. Reached out to the company and they were very quick to respond and quickly shipped us the missing piece! We love the sectional and are very happy with it!

I was a little nervous having read reviews AFTER I purchased this patio set, however I was pleasantly surprised! It came quickly and without damage. Easy to assemble and perfect for the price! No regrets here and would highly recommend.

Cushions are thin and do not wear well. Seats are low to the ground and the back is also low. This is not sold by Walmart- it’s a 3rd party so once you purchase, you go through seller. Wanted a Refund to purchase a different set but seller refused. They did give me some money back since I was not satisfied, but not much- not enough to cover shipping fee.

I really like the wicker. It’s different from the usual brown. Unfortunately the cushions are non existent. They are so flat, it feels like you are sitting on the base. It’s embarrassing when guests come over and they sit down like they think they’ll be sitting on comfy seats and their faces change. DO NOT PURCHASE. They have other sectionals for the same price with better quality. The customer service was worthless as well. No exchange or refund assistance at all.

BUYWR BEWARE!! If you want good quality, this is NOT for you! Found out we couldn’t get a refund because we had opened one box. How is the customer supposed to see the condition of their purchase without opening it?! -loose rattan throughout -rattan covering screw holes -rattan not secured, which will cause unraveling in the near future -no metal support under seat. Only loose, rattan -thin, discolored fabric -thin, flimsy seat cushions, not in the least a reflection of the advertisement or review pictures. -back cushions are puffy, but when pressed on, practically flatten out. NO BACK SUPPORT -seat cushion is not anti-slip. -rattan is flat. The grooves they advertised on them are non-existent will cause faster unraveling because of the smoothness of them. -when box was opened, loose rattan trimmings fell out, which were an immediate bad sign. Not sure if they were intentional but I put them back in red, owner’s manual bag. Overall, your product did not meet our expectations based on the advertisement of the quality.

Loved the way it look and I hired someone to build it only to find out the holes in some pieces were in the wrong spot. I reached out to Walmart to get replacements and they told me they can’t help me and they had to email the company and they would reach out within 48 hours and they never did. I tried again and nothing so I messaged Walmart again and they’re telling me that they sent another message and to wait another 48 hours. This is ridiculous and I will never purchase from Walmart marketplace again.

I had a couple parts, several broken or shattered glass and reached out to the email provided with the product. I reached out to Walmart and yet nobody has reached out to me regarding this.

Multiple warped pieces, would not recommend!!

Very disappointed. Open the three boxes to discover parts were missing from Two of them. One chair came With only two Pieces of the four piece bottom.
