Assembly looked to be a bit harder than we thought we could handle so we added the Angi assembly service to our order. Everything turned out great and the patio set looks fantastic. It fits neatly in a corner or our covered patio. The only thing we suggest might be using an additional pillow/cushion for the chair back if you're of average height or below.

Positive takeaways are: fast shipping, quality product, great customer service. The set arrived several days sooner than its original schedule date. Assembly was easy and instructions easy to understand. One piece was damaged, contacted customer service via email and had a new piece delivered within days. Purchased this set on sale and it’s worth the money. Photo shows set without cushions (which are included).

Arrived quickly and undamaged. Easy to assemble. Holds my husband's weight which is about 320 lbs without any issues. Looks expensive, but i got it on sale which was a really good price! I love the ottomans that come with them, makes for a relaxing posture instead of just letting my feet dangle! Definately a good purchase and looks good on my deck!

It's a great buy! They look great. We have a very narrow balcony so these are a perfect size. Besides the price, what attracted me to purchase this group were the footstools that fit under the chair! We couldn't figure out how to assemble them, so we paid someone to assemble them! I wish that there. were a back seat cushion as well! Other than that PERFECT!

The first chair took a while by myself to put together. The second one was much faster after I got the hang of it. A few screw holes were a little off. I purchased extra washers to help with a gap. One of the ottomans did not have a screw hole where it needed to be. I contacted the company via email. They responded right away %26 are sending a replacement part. Overall this is good value for a well made set. I’d purchase again.

i like the set overall, but assembly is ...... The set includes a hex tool that is ALMOST the right size for the included screws. Got the set partially assembled when hex ball got stuck in screw. I had to completely remove the screw. Tool is still stuck. Will have to acquire a new tool to complete assembly. Hopefully will have enough screws.

The base of the chairs is great, good quality. However, the cushions are not as pictured, they are only 2 inches in depth, not very nice looking when it is set up. Will find better cushions for the chairs. But it looks nice!

It's not made that well. The material they've wrapped around the base of the chair is not secured. They just took the end and stuck it under the previous wrapped piece. One leg has completely come undone. It's easy to put together - I'm in my 70's. Since I got it on sale I'll fix what needs done but just treat it very gingerly.

I need to return this patio furniture. I purchased the set for my mom for Christmas. Sadly she passed away and I can’t use the patio furniture. No one will return my email or my phone calls. I sent an email with a photo of the patio set still in the box unopened.

This was purchased thru a 3rd party that uses Walmart, i received patio set leg was damaged on one of the chairs. this company will not refund me my money. Refuses to take back product do not order from this company UDPatio
