Uforic 31 Gallon Outdoor Resin Deck Box, Waterproof Storage Box, Lockable, Light Brown

There a 6 pieces in a plastic bag in a flat box shipped to you. Inside my bag were several broken pieces. They were likely broken because the product is flimsy and cannot handle any weight. Thus if these were stacked in the warehouse they likely broke under pressure. The box has staples in it and tons of tape so it will take time to open it as well as recycle it. Packaging is poor and a waste of resources it also didn't prevent damage. Assembly, while it is a simple method to just insert the tabs into the slot, was extremely frustrating and difficult as you inserted one piece, another came loose or fell down. I had to tape the broken pieces to give it stability while inserting the tabs. This needs 4 hand, a rubber mallet, and patience to assemble as someone needs to hold the assembled pieces while another person pushes the next piece on. Getting it to “click” requires too much pressure for the flimsy plastic to handle so get a rubber mallet or you'll have more broken pieces. The lid is hard to get the molded plastic hinge to insert as they've instructed. Open at a 45 degree angle insert one side then lay flat and apply pressure over the other hinge it will go together. Product is light and also cannot handle weight as the material is flimsy—10 to 15 pounds is all I think it can do, because of the thin material it bows easily and will pull apart or have gaps. Weatherproof is unlikely based on the construction and materials. Sun and cold will likely ruin this box. The thin black plastic will get very hot and warp in the summer and that's if it makes it through the winter without the plastic cracking from the cold. Rain can easily get in at the floor and all the joints as they are not air-tight. Bing it is lightweight, a gust of wind will move it and being you can't add a lot of weight it will not stay in place without a strap or a way to secure it. So I'm guessing because it is molded plastic someone said it could handle weather. If you insulate the inside and put a big 30 gallon bag in it it will be fine for a year.

This was exactly what I needed and couldn't beat that price! It was very simple to put together, just snapping the pieces together. It looks nice, is pleasantly larger than I expected and will securely hold my deliveries as I wanted. The material is thin but that worked to my advantage since I needed to drill a hole in it to attach a bike lock for extra security. The lock hole is small so will require a small gauge padlock. I also used glue to make sure it is secure. Overall, I'm very pleased!

This is awesome. I bought it to store a propane container outdoors and it fits great. it's very waterproof. we've had a lot of rain here this week and it's amazing in that manner. it's lightweight and you can use it for a nice table outside even though you're storing stuff in it. so if you wanted to store barbecue things or your propane tank or whatever outside in the rain, this thing is going to suit you just fine. definitely was worth the price. which was a good price.

It was easy to put together, and that is saying something for me! It is the perfect size for my planting gear, potting soil and tools and the large bag of wild bird seed I always keep.

I've bought two of these and they are great. they keep the rain and moisture out. i use one to store all my gardening supplies and the other for the hose and water accessories

Assembly was simple, and the price was commensurate with the quality. The individual pieces feel somewhat flimsy but do have slightly more rigidity when assembled. Still, I don't think it would be a good choice as a seat for an adult.

This was a bit difficult to put together. Also a little flimsy. But proved to be great for my kids' outdoor toys. Sits on a back porch and has held up against high wind and rain.

kinda seems like a 2 man job to snap up all the sides floor and top of box, little bit flimsy plastic, hoping it holds up through weather changes. good size for my balcony corner,

i like the size, it fit perfectly where i put it. it was harder to put together than it looks, the sides sap jnto each other but the material is flimsy, i had issues trying to snap it together, I would suggest having aomekne help you hold the sides up while you snap them in place.

I searched extensively for a deck storage box that was brown to match my newly stained deck and the new chocolate brown chairs. It's hard to tell from photos, but the description of this item said the color was “Light Brown.” It isn't! It's gray! I'll resent it every time I look at it, but I've already returned chairs that were described dark brown, but were black, so I'm just done. Maybe I'll get some paint and fix it. Ugh!
