Love this kennel. We have two 50%23 English Springer Spaniels - although to put them in the kennel breaks our heart, it was a requirement for where we are living which is understandable.

The directions were just pictures. It would have been nice to have some written directions. i had to redo it a few times due to having parts backwards.

It came today and I put it together myself, it took about 2 hours because some of the pieces were labeled wrong so I had to figure out what was really what. Once that was done it wasn't to bad to put together. I have small dog, who tried to climb out the gap in the bars on the front and my pit bull busted out of it within a 10-15 minute timeframe, we went to McDonald's which is 1.2 miles from home, came back and the door was popped off and he was waiting at the door for me. I can't even imagine the hassle it would be trying to return it so I'll rig something for the small dog and my pit will stay in his Kong metal crate.

This dog furniture crate is beautiful. It's nice, but it wasn't easy to assemble because parts were labeled wrong. The parts are not strong for medium dogs. There's a little piece that keeps the cage from lifting and if your dog pushes that that little piece breaks off and you can no longer close and lock the cage very disappointing because that's the whole purpose now of the cage to lock. I would not recommend this for large dogs or a medium dog. This is for a very small dog. Very disappointing

My 1 year old goldent retriever has already broken the slide part to the doors. they are not very durable. the rest seems great. just that piece is weak

i would give 0 stars but not a option. first really late still dont have all my order. then no hardware at at so sent back and reordered. they did not pick up when i was told when the did my replacement was not on there like they said it would be. uts been almost a month and i still dont have it

I'm so angry with this crate. I bought two of them for my dogs %26 both are broke only after a month of use. There's a small piece of metal that holds the door in place %26 it breaks off so easy. There is nothing heavy duty about this!!! I spent almost $400 only to not be able to use them at all. The door cannot lock or stay into place without the piece that broke off so my puppies were able to get out and chew up my carpet %26 walls.

The crate looks nice and was easy to put together but the quality is terrible. The crate door is only held into the track by a piece of plastic. I have a basset hound and she is not aggressive or super strong but she pushed again the door and broke the plastic so now the doors don't stay and she can easily push the door open. The whole crate is useless now bc one small piece of plastic broke. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

the door just falls off at the slightest bump. my dog got up did his little circle thing and then laid down and the door fell off. since then it falls off frequently and at times when no dog is in or near it.

Everything didn't line up perfectly, and I had to modify it many times while putting it together. After putting together completely and placing my dog in it, she gently pushed on the door and it popped right open. Worst purchase of my life.
