Terrible Caulk.
I used several drylok products for my basement floor. All of them were excellent except this one. Almost everywhere this product was used I had peeling paint. It does not adhere well to masonry surfaces and essentially becomes a rubber. Save yourself the trouble and get a high quality masonry caulk.
