Poor quality control
I ordered two of these rods, one medium and one medium-heavy. Both rods that were shipped to the store were warped to the point of being unusable. It's sad that the famous Ugly Stik rods have sunk so low in quality. If you buy one, buy it in-store and inspect it carefully.
