Great for meat cutting!
We used this for processing chickens and the blade preforms wonderfully. When I first got it I was concerned the size would be too large for doing the smaller cuts but sharp point on the blade makes it easy to use for small cuts as well. The only thing I don't like about it is that the cover that goes over the blade for storage is not solid. It has holes. I'd just prefer the sides of the blade be covered while this is stored in the drawer.

my husband absolutely loves everything about this knife, as we bought one over the summer. My son used it a couple times and loved it too. I just bought this for my son for Christmas.

It's a very good knife for the money. Very Sharp keeps the edge after a few uses. The only issue I have is it should have had a belt loop to keep it handy.

sharp and felt comfortable in my hand
very sharp, I used it cutting up whole chicken, did a great job. can't wait to use it on fish. the knife doesn't stay in the sheath very well.

Superb knife
The best value for money filetting knife out there. Sharp blade and point with inbuilt line cutter and sharpener in the scabbard. Excellent soft grip handle even when wet.
