Good controller no headset input

I was gonna use it for my Xbox but come to find out it's gonna be blocked from use because it's getting determined to be an out of source item. Will be unusable in 2 weeks feel ripped of because what I was gonna use it for but can still use it on pc. But shouldn't be branded for something if it's not gonna be accepted.

It broke on me in 2 days it sucks don't buy this goofy ahh controller its cheap ahh broken

Is not XBox One Compatible!!

Received the controller and was initially disappointed because it lacked a 3.5mm jack input. I connected it to my Xbox, only to receive a message stating that third-party controllers will no longer be allowed starting in December. Fine. I decided to use it anyway, and it worked well—at first. However, the next day, when I tried to connect it again, nothing happened. The controller wouldn't light up or connect to the Xbox. This purchase was a complete waste of money, and I was let down in every way by this controller.

Bad instructions and even worse performance. Is NOT compatible with Xbox systems, don't waste your time or money.

It doesnt work. We plugged it in to charge and nothing happened. This was a Christmas gift my daughter was excited about it until we tried using it. Such a disappointment. We actually bought two and the other one didnt even include the wireless piece

When we tried to use it we received notification saying if we attempted again they would seize permanent control of our Xbox and file criminal charges! Apparently whenever the send order out they have to disable something and they neglected to do that! It made it seem like it was stolen when we tried to use! Walmart admitted their error right away..however instead of fixing issue they just refunded money and told me to donate it???? Ugh! I got it during black Friday sale so replacing it will cost way money! Thanks for nothing

wasn't compatibility with XBox One even tho, it say it was. I received a message shortly after purchasing, saying the controller was no longer available for use..... and can't reach customer service for a refund till this day, I still have the controller taking up space. smh

I ordered my son a wireless headset %26 wireless controller for his Xbox One Series. However he has yet to be able to play using either one period. Turns out the headset was not wireless it was actually wired. We have tried numerous times to figure it all out (AND YES WE FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY!!!!!) ALSO A MESSAGE KEPT POPPING UP ON THE SCREEN SAYING WE NEEDS TO CONTACT SOMEONE IN CALIFORNIA THAT WE DIDNT KNOW. ANYWAYS, I am trying to find out what I need to do to get my money back ASAP because they cant be used, i paid almost $100.00 for them both yet there is no using them PLus...That means i lose $100.00 that im gonna get back to use for his birthday instead. Walmart lied in the descriptions but weve tried several times to get proper instructions, help, calleded customer support and Ive even gone as far as going to speak with the highest up management i was allowed to speak with. im extremely angry about it all...that was my sons Christmas, %26 now it just set in my drawer unusable i need to know what to do to get my money back ASAP PLEASE.
