The chair was delivered in great shape. I'm 74 and my husband is 75, but we were able to unbox and do the simple assembly of the back of the chair. It swivels, rocks and reclines! The sit cushion is stiff but it helps my back. The foot rest doesn't lock in place so if you move to more of a seated position the foot rest moves. Once you recline you need to push the foot rest back in place to lock. I don't recline so that is not an issue. I have to stand up to be able to push the foot rest into the locked position. Overall it was a good chair for me, at a good price.
The footrest does not go down properly, very difficult. Waiting for the company's customer service to reach out to me.

The wings will not attach to the chair back. The brackets are incorrect.
