This is the second toilette that I bought from this seller. I bought the first one for my children and they loved it, so I decided to buy one for myself too. So far it has been a very good and modern experience. Good quality, aesthetic, cute and easy to use.

My UKEEP Smart Bidet Toilet has been a game-changer for my bathroom routine! After a month of use, I'm completely smitten. The sleek, one-piece design is a stunning upgrade from my old toilet. However, my kids discovered a setting quirk: opening the lid for a delayed "pee stop" triggers the automatic closing, or which can be inconvenient for the next user mid-stream. Getting used to the new features and finding my preferred settings took a little while, but once I found the workaround, it was smooth sailing from there.

Two weeks in and we could not be happier. We were a little nervous, even a little intimidated about buying such a “futuristic” toilet but it was the best decision. We love it! Everything works as described.

I seldom wrote a review at such a long length but I will do for this product and seller. I bought two toilets from this seller. Delivered in one week. When we installed them we found one of the toilets had a broken back cover. I was just planning to return it but we would not have had a toilet to use in our main bedroom. So I emailed them and they responced very quick. They asked us to send pictures of the broken part. Then in 10 days they sent us a replacement of the cover. They also sent a video to instruct how to replace it. After one month we found another toilet lost the function to heat the water. We set the temprature to 40C but the water was 10C which is too low not only uncomfortable but also had the risk to triger health accident. We emailed them again and they asked video and picture. We sent to them again. Then in two days they sent a video to instruct us to reset the heating from remote control. Unfortunately it did not nentioned in their mannual. It works and resolves the problem. Actually it was our fault to accidently turn the heating system off. This seller did provide good product at goid price with very good service after selling it to costomers. Highly recommend it.

So far so good. I've only had it installed for a little over a week and I'm loving it. My installer had to go out and get a different angle arm to make the plumbing work and it's a little shorter than I expected but I LOVE all the gadgets! The only other issue is that sometimes it doesn't seem to have enough power/water to flush all the waste with one flush. Again, other than those small issues, I'm loving the look, the feel and the operation of the bidet.

We installed two of these toilets. It’s been under a month but so far we absolutely love them. All the features you want, for a fair price. The toilets don’t get mounted to the floor, there are no holes on the bottom to bolt it down, you actually just place them on the ground and use silicone or caulk. The rings the toilet came with are very low quality and crush down quickly. Don’t even waste your time just get new ones from the hardware store. One of our two toilets leaked right away because of the included ring, once we replaced it with a horned wax ring problem solved. There also apparently is no brand name or contact info that we can find anywhere on the toilet or the documents that came with it. This is a little scary. Remember you will need standard 110/120 gfci outlets right next to the toilet, we had them installed and we also use a single gang surge protector for maximum security. If the toilets remain reliable and serviceable in the future through customer service, these are the most amazing buys and completely change the game in the luxury toilet market. Time will tell…

the piece they send you that needs to be used to connect the bidetos to the house water is not American thread. it is a half inch, but the thread pattern does not match. also the thread pattern of the toilets hose doesn't match anything sold in America. the only way I will be able to install this toilet is to use my lathe and cut correct threads to at least get it to work. no wonder it's just such a great savings! I'm sure people return these things by the hundreds.

Even though there was a stated 2 years warranty, but no phone number. emails were unanswered. The lid kept on closing on you. Because returning is a hassle and cost alot to install, so I stuck with it. I wouldn't recommend this product from this vendor.

DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY.....The item came with no holes for mounting the toilet. I reached out to the seller to tell them they are defective and can not be installed. He has given me the run around telling me at first you glue toilets to the ground. Then he said he would send new bases and now he said an engineer told him that smart toilets don't have mounting holes. However I purchased 3 and 1 of the 3 did have mounting holes. This person is selling you returned and defective items for a profit BEWARE - You have been warned he is a scam artist.

I recently purchased a toilet seat from Walmart and boy, was it a mistake! The seat arrived broken, with cracks. But the real nightmare began when I tried to contact the seller to get a refund or replacement. No response. I reached out via email, I tried calling. And to add insult to injury, when I reached out to Walmart customer service for assistance, they had the audacity to tell me they didn't have the seller's phone number. Excuse me? You're telling me you're facilitating transactions with sellers you can't even reach? What kind of operation are you running? So here I am, stuck with a broken toilet seat and out of pocket. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and avoid both the toilet seat and the seller like the plague. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
