Originally thought I was going to return this but after more use found it is useful as made. The wheels are a little flimsy and wish they were like skateboards wheels but if I use it on nice not rainy or muddy days, it works fine. Love the pockets and flexibility offered. Love the hidden cover for the wheels when use as a backpack. Works as intended after multiple uses.

All was great the price the bag is very nice travel bag but it's a little too small for me wanted something bigger got a refund very quick all in all everything was great!

I still gave it 5 stars even though it is a bit small but accommodated all of my items. For the price and quality its worth it.

The bag quality is really good, but the size of the interior is smaller than I would like. The pole takes up some of the space, and it doesn't expand much to compensate for the space you lost from the pole. It's is lite weight and very organized.

It's pretty nice bag Just like the picture but the strap piece break easily

it looks exactly like how its shown, but when i went to put my laptop in it %26 zipped it shut, it fell over from being too top heavy. you have to either spin it around and lean it up against ur leg, or keep ur hand on the pully bar, or lean it up against a wall...should u forget (like i often did), it will fall over %26 now my laptop is damaged. i gave it to my dad and he uses it for his gaming books. even that stuff makes it fall over if u dont do the above mentioned options. they need to find a way of balancing the weight around. other than that, i thought it was good and i liked it
