Quick to assemble. It took my husband less than an hour and the cover fit perfectly after. Only thing is we had extra washers and screws. But we are guessing it's for extras. Overall great quality
If you are like me blowing through the purchasing process %26 either reading a ton of reviews or none… just know you have to fully assemble this. Which was fine once I got the ball rolling but I was initially confused when it came in this skinny box lol. Then I opened the box and was confused at the sight of so many pieces. Turned out pretty good though.
This frame did not stay together well. The cross slats fall out when putting the box spring on a frame. Additionally, it seems to shift when laying on the bed. Doesn't feel sturdy at all. Wishing the manufacturers would consider this frame failing with a child and change the design for safety.
The cover provided did not fit the frame. It was a full-size cover for a queen size ordered frame. If you would like to make it right, please send me a queen size cover for the frame.
There are no springs in this supposed box spring. I couldn't believe it was a box spring when I saw the long narrow box and I was right. It's a bunch of metal pieces you have to screw together, then you put a piece of flimsy cloth over the metal frame - voila you have a ridiculous attempt at creating a box spring.
It is not a very functional product as a boxspring. Laid directly on the ground it works as a bed frame in my mind. Very disappointed because using it as a boxspring will be very difficult for the antique bed frame I have. It would be different if it had the ribs on both top and bottom. Then it might work. Taking it apart to send it back is gonna be a nightmare. The manufacturer should simply call it a bed frame and it would meet people's expectations better
Assembly was easy but most of the slats do not use screws to reinforce support. So it is not very solid or sturdy as literally advertised. Cover is basically like a fitted sheet so only covers top side and bottom is exposed (in the past I've had box springs you can zip entirely in the cover which is much better) when the box spring slips off of the bed frame which is inevitable the product begins folding under the weight of the mattress and can be easily broken. Not very functional would probably only recommend for display and not day to day use
It's a piece of junk. Bolt holes didn't line up correctly and two weren't drilled out all the way so a bolt couldn't even go in. Had to drill them out myself and use a cordless drill to complete assembly.
It was terrible.I was charged for Angie's! I tried to get a refund and I still have not received it! I am never going to order furniture online again!
I was not satisfied with this product. It got lost in the mail to start with, when we finally got it and we opened it there was no hardware or instructions. Texted the company be did not got a response
