super easy to assemble. it offers multiple options for how you want the shelves to look and the heights of the shelves. it allowed me to choose what fits for my personal space and adjust. I was able to set up by myself in only about a little less than an hour.

Very durable on the same line as the steel 4 tier Utility Shelves. Photo shows to place the crossbar (on the larger frame) low enough to accommodate clothes hanging from the top. Excellent value. I read all the reviews before purchasing. Was a bit concerned about stability and ability to handle all my clothes, but after putting together and filling 2 of these to the brim with 200 slim hangers of women's clothing and stacking a plastic bin on top of each shelf, I can give this 5 stars because it far exceeded my expectations for what I paid. I needed something affordable to quickly turn an office into a closet. Arrived in 2 days to a rural area. One box was damaged though product was not. Well packaged. 2 people makes assembly go more smoothly but in a bind 1 could probably manage. I did need a step ladder for top shelf but I am only 5" tall. The adjustable feet allow stabilization on slightly uneven floors. The adjustability for width of center hanging poles allowed different size along each wall with same unit. I did not use as dont have children, but there are wall anchors included. With my 2 units, I opted for different shelving arrangements to meet my needs. I have only used for a little over a week, but no issues whatsoever removing and adding clothes as full as you can see in the pictures beyond hangers getting caught at times where the center extension pole changes width. And even stressed at that juncture with me moving clothes to one side or the others, units remain stable. Very pleased with outcome and would purchase this product and from this brand again! I did not expect to be as happy with this product as I am.

Absolutely adore this rack, it definitely seems to be very sturdy thus far. My clothes aren’t leaning and are still upright and it’s been a week which is a good sign compared to other racks I’ve had before so will see. 9.5/10 only because, I wish the price was lower 🤣 🤣.

I really like this clothes rack. It looks nice. The white color dresses it up and looks so much better than metal ones. It's adjustable (width and shelves) and seems to be sturdy. It is just what I was looking for.

This is just what I need to get my closet organized! It fits perfectly. I plan to put a small dresser in the middle, which is why I purchased this model. Set up was simple, and I was able to do it without assistance. I like the way it is configured to accommodate all of my clothes.

This “heavy duty” closet organizer is anything but heavy duty. From the moment I opened the box, it was obvious the materials were cheap, flimsy, and poorly made. The metal feels thin, the connectors are weak, and nothing about it inspires confidence or durability. Putting it together was an absolute burden. The parts don’t align properly, and the whole process is frustrating and time-consuming. Even once assembled, it never feels sturdy or secure, which completely defeats the purpose of a so-called heavy-duty organizer. Size is another major issue. It is much smaller than the advertising makes it appear. The photos are misleading, and in real life it offers very limited storage. If you’re expecting something that can hold a decent amount of clothing or accessories, prepare to be disappointed. To make matters worse, the item arrived with visible defects and bent areas on several pieces, giving it an already used or poorly stored appearance. That alone speaks volumes about the quality control. Overall, this was a terrible purchase. Cheap materials, misleading size, frustrating assembly, and defected parts make this organizer not worth the money or the effort. I absolutely do not recommend this product. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Was very disappointed. This product was in no way going to hold 800 pounds of clothing. The picture looked a lot more sturdy than the actual product. A return has already been initiated.

I couldn’t ever get it put together because the little black clips that fit in the holes for the poles to go in once you got them in the poles would never fit.. we worked on it for 5 hours and never could get them to work even looked on YouTube…
