Reviewing vitamins is always tricky because how do you know whether they're working? I will instead review what I'm able to, which is that the packing is good quality, the company appears to be trustworthy, and I had zero adverse affects. Supposedly this aids lung health and overall immunity and I have felt very healthy while taking it. My only real complaint is the serving size, three full capsules, which is a lot. These are large capsules as it is. If it does what they claim, maybe that's not a big deal. But that means a 90-count supply is for just one month. So I guess just be advised you'll be buying often.

I was excited to try, and took a few doses after it came in. After reading the directions, I realized that I was supposed to take 3 pills a day, which turned me off to the product. This is not a product fault, and simply a me problem. I did not finish the trial.

I began using Swisse Lung Health a few weeks ago, with no direct experience with the brand or product. While I have heard much positive review of the Swisse brand, I don't feel that the Lung Health Support had much of a significant impact on my lung function. The pills themselves are full-calcium-capsule large, dark brown and have a slight smell - nothing completely unusual for a supplement, just very big in size. BUT you have to take THREE of them. I already take 19 pills each morning between maintenance meds, vitamins and supplements. Adding these additional 3 was just a lot to swallow. The volume of intake vs. the slight change in lung performance does not balance out for me. Was really hopeful though!
